LMAO1 that is the best desciption of Father's Day I've ever heard

Thanks. I'm just trying to figure out what it's all about other than another manufactured commercial enterprise.

You guys are lucky... I grew up without my dad around because he was put in re-educational camp by the commies. Then he was released and we were able to bring him over here. I thought it would be great to have a family reunion after years apart. It turned out to be just the opposite. He ended up turning my life upside down and drove me nuts with his selfishness and laziness. I had to sell my house just so I don't have to live with him.
Every year after that I had to force myself to celebrate father's day. Did this because I have a kid and I don't want my son to disrespect my dad. His selfishness finally gets to me this year. He is not getting a thing from me from now on. I finally realize that my son does not need that kind of grandpa. ;<

As for me, my son wants to buy me a bear. It is very sweet of him. However, I only ask that he be a good kid.:)

I'm working Sunday evening when we would normally do something with my dad, so we're going out to dinner Saturday night when I'm off work.

I would love to get my dad a stripper but since both my mom and wife would kill us I got him a Portable DVD player which better arrive by Friday.

You guys who don't like your Dad's I don't know what's up but will say not everyone is perfect when ther're young and consider giving Him another chance. i'm sure you've heard this before but it takes one of you to eat your pride and open dialog. I know all about hating my dad and almost pulled a Kip Kingle when I was a teen but now see his hardassness was all for my benefit and thank him for it.

I'm buying him some headphones. I can't stand all his retro music that he plays off his computer. Why did I have to introduce him to Kazaa?
