Is there any reason why a court would deny you access to your kid? Like are you an ex-fellon, a drug addict, jobless, etc...? If you truly want to be a part of your kids life, and you are a productive member of society, then you can and should get some form of visitation rights in a court of law.

No. No issues whatsoever. Thats why i'm hurting by it now but not too worried about it because i'll be back there in a month and hopefully we can work this shit out.

On a better note pregnant chics hormones are all over the place so that could cause the extra dose of crazy above the normal level of crazy.

This isn't a "I hate you" situation. We both love and care about each other. She just "Thinks" this is the easier way of doing it. I really don't even know what to think anymore.

Stop deluding yourself.

Your options are:
A) To be cut out of your child's life while paying child support for 18 years; or
B) Lawyer up.

Yes, his state adopted an fetal custody law. Zeus gets to carry the kid every other week until it's full term. He also pays fetal support.

Someone who loves you and cares about you wouldn't treat you like a giant pile of horse shit.

Option B please

So, on the Gary Busey scale of crazy, what would you say your average pregnant chick is at?

InAPT :) Ty sir

No...I think you were right the first time:
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/INEPT

Main Entry: in·ept
Pronunciation: \i-ˈnept\
Function: adjective
Etymology: Middle French inepte, from Latin ineptus, from in- + aptus apt
Date: 1542
1 : lacking in fitness or aptitude : unfit <inept at sports>
2 : lacking sense or reason : foolish
3 : not suitable to the time, place, or occasion : inappropriate often to an absurd degree <an inept metaphor>
4 : generally incompetent : bungling <inept leadership>

You definitely need an attorney. You WILL be on the hook for child support. IF you want to be a part of the child's life, then you will need to fight for those rights.
(I say "IF" because many guys don't want to be a part of the child's life if they're separated from the mother)

I'm going to talk to a lawyer on monday.

Good to hear. Keep us posted! :)

*edit*

Like Spidey said, dont blabber around about you talking to a lawyer. You are now in stealth mode until Monday, pretend you are Jason Bourne.

I find it odd no one has questioned him as a father, but you all assume shes just a bad person.

Bunch of fucking lemmings.

ANY women that even mentioned as a joke that I'm not to be involved in my own flesh and blood is a fucking wise and beautiful woman and deserves to be treated like one.

It means:

1) You must now be the wallet (money) for her if you want to see you kids.
2) She can elicit sympathy from others by 'having to raise the child herself'.

It's a win win for her. Too bad most mothers during a divorce don't think about their kids.

They never stop thinking about the cock, however, so she must be getting it from somewhere.

1. As others have said - talk to a lawyer (which you are doing on Monday)

2. DON'T let your ex know of 1.

3. Be in the hospital when she goes into labor even if it costs you a small fortune. Make arrangements for your dad.

4. Also switch to written communications (e-mails, texts, IMs) as much as you can from THIS POINT FORTH and be careful what you write. Keep a record of EVERYTHING.
