EDIT: to be fair, smoking cigarettes wasn't "illegal" per se until rather recently. I'm not saying it's illegal everywhere but outside and such -- there is a resurgence to combat the problems caused my smoke as of late.

Wrong place to ask this: I've been hit twice by potheads. Once at a red light (they simply didn't stop, and I was in front of them) and once pulled in front of me (they had a stop sign, I didn't).

I know that it's rare for the same person to be hit twice by high drivers (especially since it's the only accidents I've been involved in), but do you seriously think that someone who is high on weed is capable of driving? Wow.

because a) you're more able to drive high then drunk
and b) there are a lot less high drivers than drunk ones

I actually am going to run with his point. Isn't a crime still a crime regardless of its severity. Doesn't ones ideology carry them through situations and help to mold our decisions? Therefore, if you favor the popular "Stop Snitching!" mantra, why would one perceive you as useful in reporting the aforementioned crime?

Therefore, if you favor the popular "Stop Snitching!" mantra, why would one perceive you as useful in reporting the aforementioned crime?

agree.....victimless crime. you can't compare that to someone being raped , I mean jesus..If they are dumb enough to do it outside in front of a restaraunt , then they will get caught without you wasting your time calling the cops on them.

Are you sure they were smoking weed?

Every once in awhile my wife gets a pack of cigarettes (VS Menthol - "Lights") that end up smelling like pot.

It's strange, but she says that when she gets packs like that, that they taste "stale", like they've been sitting around for a while.

it happens all day everyday in every town/city in this country. you never hear about it causing problems because it isn't.
