How do i get her to stop giving me low fat, and what she thinks is healthy food. I must say i put on 20 lbs since i got back from india, and all of it is due to mom's cooking .. i have put on weight every time i came back to LA from school.

Any ideas short of moving out and cooking my own food.

And you're only 28 years old?
What, do you stuff yourself with Big macs and fries every 2 hours? :confused:

1) Stop eating as much food.
2) Stop eating such bad food.
3) Run. A lot. A whole lot. A mind-numbing amount.

I'm not a doctor, but do these three things for nine months and get back to us.
