Sort of ot, but why do people want to cheat at something that gets you nothing. It really makes no sense. I can understand it in a game where you can sell stuff on ebay like a mmorpg, but this really seems like a waste of time for everyone involved.

MW2 is a paradise for cheaters. No admins, not vote kick, and VAC is easy to get by.

Hard to believe anyone was stupid enough to think this would stop cheating.

I don't think so, IW already convinced people that VAC is somehow more secure than having punkbuster AND admin'd servers. This was one of their BS talking points for IWnet, such a ridiculous sham.

IW are fools. Even if their heads are so far up their asses to demand their online system, I see no reason why there should not be at least a vote kick system.

Is there at least a death cam in this game? The only power we have is to leave the game for another if we notice several suspicious kills.

edit:Oh yeah, the reason there's no vote kick system? That requires developers console. God damnit IW.

I have this feeling that IW suffers from "retard owner" syndrome like many other companies. Resources know what's best.....owner overwrites if because he said so.

Resources keep their head down and do what they are asked for. Seen this in just about every company I've been to, sad but true.

Well this could go several ways, IW could just admit that they've made a huge mistake and try to correct it.

Something tells me that isn't in the cards and if anything they'll double down and blame PC gaming in general or for people intentionally trying to make them look bad.

Hope they are reading news about all the Xbox peeps playing the game without buying it....I guess they decided to ban these folks from Xbox Live now (from what I'm reading).

No this just gives them more reason to stray from PC gaming all together, the fact that PC gamers can cheat and console gamers can't.

Console gamers cant? I'm pretty positive that it has happened on consoles. Besides why do they care if we can cheat or not, that certainly is no reason for them not to make a game for the PC. The funny thing is that they're enabling hackers by making it impossible to permaban them from servers, so I really doubt they actually care if people can hack the game or not.
