I work as a manager of the QC Department for a manufacturer of industrial coatings and color concentrates. I got a job in the department while I was a senior in high school. I feel pretty successful, 50k + per year. I only work till 3:30 pm, get home with time to work out & play w/ the kids before dinner.:)

I think Descartes was being funny, but you're right. My cousin owns his own electrician company (?) and makes well over $500K a year. No degree.
