I was there by myself, but I did talk to one guy there that bought me my second drink. I don't know his name or anything. We were just talking because he was in there by himself too. I was just stopping by to have about 2 drinks and get a sandwich and then go home. I don't really have any witnesses, but I do have my shirt(but where is there proof that I didn't burn it myself?) and I am the one who called the police not the other way around. I'm pretty much screwed because they aren't investigating them and they came after me. That's why I've got a lawyer and I will have to fight for my clean record.

Besides, Ohio just passed a CCW law, I can get bottles of beer with at least 11.9% ABV (I dont know what the limit is, that is just the highest I've bought that I recall), Cleveland will have a new mayor soon, Taft is on his way out (just not soon enough), and I like the cold. And our river hasnt caught on fire in years

If I wasn't flat broke I'd gladly contribute to the "help Mill tell the crooked cops, legally, where to stick it" fund.

Don't be disillusioned by local cops. What I've learned in my experience with cops (almost always as the friend of someone they're talking to/investigating/pulling over) is that 80% of all local cops have a bad attitude and/or are crooked, whereas with state police and highway patrol (in Nevada they're the same) it's about 10%. Just join up with the staties if you still want to join.

Unfortunately because of the Good Ol' Boy Network I doubt you'll get anything but a dismissal at best, but more likely they'll try to get it to a non-permanent offense and a low fine.

If you would like an army of angry, armed geeks to back you up just aquire a few Nevada=>Alabama plane tickets.
