I think it's high time the league revisited the Turkey-day games ... back when Dallas and Detroit were assigned the duty I believe no other teams wanted it ... now however its coveted to a degree.

My suggestion would be to make the Thanksgiving games "flex-schedule" so that we get a good matchup more often at least.

Oddly this year I do think think the Lions game is the better matchup of the two but only because the Texans are so underwhelming.
Stafford is ready to welcome Deshaun to the "I'm good, but my franchise is a failure" club.

I doubt the Cowboys ever let that game go. So many fans....and so many haters....one afternoon....no competition on the airwaves.

Just watched the Aldon Smith/Jay Glazer piece on Fox pregame. My takeaway from that was Glazer has been visiting Trump's beautician: his head was very orange and his hands were not.

Well the first half of the first game was kinda entertaining but after that it crapped the bed in a hurry. I'm really starting to think the Lions will never be successful no matter who they sign.

Let's hope FOOTBALL TEAM can make things interesting ... my expectations however are low.

Zeke is so well fed, he oils up his own fingers with his own sweat. Butterfingers Elliot.

Okay ... you're supposed to be happy your [FOOTBALL-TEAM] is apparently going to be "leading" the division!

I was mocking Zeke for his mid-air fumble, which was unprovoked. He must have stolen a turducken in secret.
Cowboys get me going. Hard to break old habits...plus...sweep...just...around....the....corner....

Have to feel really good for Alex Smith and that kid Gibson is a pretty exciting player. Dallas D is really weak right now though so I wouldn't read too much into today.

Looking at the Washington remaining schedule the best I can predict realistically is 2 more wins. To do that they'll have to beat the Eagles in Philly and the Panthers at home.

And I have a funny feeling heads may be rolling in Dallas if they don't turn it around.

Terry McLaurin is also a monster in the making. Pure effort there chasing down Jaylon Smith...

Not quite Darrell Green chasing down Dorsett. But still shows he's a true competitor.

They appear to be falling apart ... looks like Dalton has completely lost the team and the defense just isn't trying.

Simply heartbreaking I tell ya! ;)
More like broken on arrival, then taped together to last against Kirk Cousins....and broken into pieces by my foo---I MEAN REDSKINS...

Well, Well, Well.

Lamar got COVID.

WIll RGIII's interception prone self be starting?

RGIII is no Lamar. He lacks agility and pocket presence.

I always thought Dalton sucked...tonight's game showed he's worse than I thought. The Team formerly Known as The Redskins has been terrible for years and years...but they stomped the Jerry Jones's tonight. (how I love seeing Jerry's losing face)

I actually don't think Washington is that bad this year. They've had QB problems, but with Alex Smith as "game manager" I think they are actually a decent team. Their pass defense is good, their running game is very good and if Alex Smith can just be captain dink and dunk and not throw interceptions they should make the playoffs.

Their pass defense is atrocious. It's mind boggling to me how they were #1 in pass defense in the NFL before games start. I'm not sure where they are afterwards.

They give up multiple big plays almost every game. They are typically bailed out on drives when players just drop the ball. Also they have had a TON of defensive PI calls on huge plays and I am pretty sure those don't go into the stats are "yards allowed against" so that probably explains how they can be #1.

But I do have to give them some credit yesterday. They still let in some big plays and had stupid PI calls, also got away with one on that first 4th down attempt by Dallas, but they also made some great plays yesterday. I'd say yesterday was one of the better games the secondary had just from the eye test.

I also don't understand why so many fucking WFT players fall down. This has been going on for YEARS. Like on defense and offense guys just fall down in route or while covering someone, and it always is at critical times and causes big plays or misses big plays.

Landon Collins was a definite liability. His replacements, at least...are not doing worse than his poor play.

Free safety is also a weakness. Apke sucks and was benched for Everett, but Everett got injured.

But Del Rio is not putting his weak cast into overly dangerous situations...most of the time...with a bend but don't break philosophy. Darby did get roasted twice by Cooper...
