I was riding down two-way, one-lane road when I needed to make a right turn. The turn is very sharp so even when I'm driving my car I have to slow down to 10-15mph, so on the bike I gotta go even slower.
So I'm preparing to make the turn, I slowed down to around 10mph and pulled to the left-most side of the lane to give myself some room. Meanwhile there's a blue civic behind me, almost on my tail. So as I'm pulling towards the left side of the lane I notice that he's very close, almost as if he's trying to pass me on the right on a one-lane street!
I was slow to react and started the turn when I realize that he in fact WAS trying to pass me on the right! As many of you know it's very hard to brake a bike when you're turning so there was very little I could do. The bastard barely avoided hitting me and then he has the nerve to hit his horn, as if I did something wrong. I'll admit I've never felt like hurting somebody more in my life.
