Any parent stupid enough to smoke in a car with a baby and have the windows rolled up is probably going to do enough *legal* damage to mess the kid up anyway.

Even if they don't, passing laws isn't the answer. Education is.

Look at our current goverment and how far we have strayed from the Constitution. The answer is right before your eyes.

No you've said before and it's true we don't have mob rules/or direct democracy/ We have a place where only 40% vote in even the presidential election, much less the lower you go, and where it takes 200 million to win. Hardly mob rules. What we have is bascially the very rich and very influentual making laws which prohibit us from doing things or make it benficail to elect them at a human cost to others. No we have a small minority degrading what we all hold to be true and rightous. Just choose what side your on because nothing will change w/o another revolution (mob rules).

That's sounds very accurate. It would most likely be a rich against the poor WAR. The rich better think about what they are doing because no matter what they can buy with their wealth they will be severly outnumbered.
