What in the world are you talking about? I realize there is more than one "America"... There's North America and South America, both of which I mentioned in my post. There's also Central America (part of North America), which I debated mentioning, but decided against it because I didn't want to confuse the mental midget. Then there's the United States of America, Bank of America, America West... None of that has anything to do with the fact that Mexico is in North America, not South America.

Don't attack the suspect. Who knows what kind of legal trouble you'd get in, and there is your concern of weapons. At the time of the incident, were you 100% sure it was your bike?

I voted shout for help. Make a commotion and get witnesses. Verbally confront the suspect.

Finally, any REAL ATOT member would have a digital camera with him all the time, so take a photo of suspect
