Uh, no. I have SCIENCE to back me up. Go fuck yourself.

Do you have a recent photo of yourself with a clear complexion?

That's what I think of your Science..

I'm all for science bro,, and you are a victim like many others of the bad side of it.

Seriously,, I read ALOT of bullshit about acne myself before I finally became completely acne free.. i'm serious about this.. it's the diet dude.😕

Wait what's so hard to believe 😕

Isn't 140lb @ 5'8" almost the same as 135lb @ 5'7"? I have a really hard time gaining weight, and again, I've been trying to eat everything I see + going through Rippetoe's "Starting Strength".

Also I probably should have said ~5'8". I'm actually somewhere between 5'7" and 5'8", but I like to round up :awe:

I always round correctly, since i'm 5' 7" and a quarter,, that goes back to 5' 7"

i was just kidding about the I dont' believe, part.. 😕

If you mind me asking, have you heard your share of BULLSHIT from skinny friends?

Gaining weight is almost tougher than losing weight. Its basic math though, calories in > calories out, and you will gain weight. Add in some weight training and it'll be good weight. I put on 40 lbs of healthy weight over the past few years, so yes its possible. Just gotta track calories.

It never worked for me. I did protein shakes for a while and ate junk food daily for years, never gained more than a pound. In fact, my weight would fluctuate no more than 2 or 3 pounds for years, even when sick and hardly eating for days.

I was 6'0" 145lbs when I graduated high school, 6'0" 145lbs 15 years later, and only in the last two years did I really start gaining weight. I am finally content with my weight (175-180lbs) and have to watch what I eat to keep the weight from getting out of hand.

What was your exercise regimen?

i'm 5' 11" and 160. i play 4 soccer games per week.

i'm thin, but i have relatively little muscle. i'm a far cry from tallbill. and we have a few people on here who do powerlifting as well. buncha thors 😛

I'm not exactly "skinny" (5'11" 165) but I'm normal for my frame. I just lay off the sugary shit (maybe ice cream twice a week at maximum, cookies almost never, etc) and beyond that eat virtually what I want. I try to mix in fruit and veggies whenever possible and eat whole wheat bread. That + regular workouts.

uh, you are skinny.

This guy seems to know how to lose a lot of weight.

You lie! You clearly are hiding a diabolical secret as part of an Illuminati conspiracy to keep fatties fat and miserable.

You can't trust skinny people. They're shifty. When you're with them, they'll insult large, angry strangers behind their back, then turn sideways and disappear before the biker guys turn around.

YOU are the one who gets beaten nearly to death with greasy motorcycle chains, while THEY just laugh their skinny laugh and order another cup of diet air to go.

I'm confused on multiple levels.
People are fat because they burn less calories than they consume.
Acne could be a variety of things hormones, diet, etc .

Could be a meth addiction. Yeah, it's probably that. You should report them to the police. Right now. GOOOOO.

(I would post a faces of meth picture but I'm eating my breakfast right now)

I hate you so much. I'm currently 5'11" and 230 pounds.

While I'm pretty fat, at the same time I have a massive frame. For some reason, I just do NOT lose weight, even though I have a pretty good workout in my opinion. I think its because I try and gain muscle at the same time which limits my ability to lose pounds.

Every other day, I do cardio 1 hour of jogging at 6.0, and alternate with weightlifing. 40 Minutes of upper body (Bicep curls, rowboats, dumb bell bench presses, the works, along side core excersices) along with 20 minutes of leg works (400 pound squads, muscle specific exercises etc.)

I still don't go down in weight. Last year, I got really sick, and barely ate anything for a month. I lost like a pound at most. TELL ME YOUR SECRETS.

I'm skinny and it's genetic. I can eat whatever I want and still be skinny. The only way I can gain weight is if I eat so much I want to puke at least 4 times a day.

I've given up on trying to gain weight and I now eat a pretty healthy diet in the interest of clearing up my acne and making myself feel more energetic.

I envy people who can gain weight without eating a lot of food.

weak rant

Skinny people probably don't know why they are skinny, they just are. Their eating habits probably were taught to them at an early age and they have merely continued that path without giving it much thought. So to them a Seefood Diet has a completely different meaning.
