Skinny people Straight up LIE

First 3 times I've encountered this, I thought it was just an isolate 2 bad people and 1 mistake, but this is the 4th time I've noticed skinny people straight up lie about how they' maintain their healthy weight...

On the Bus, Fourth Time:
fat chick:
bawls to this skinny chick telling her how she's always been fat and ugly and has acne problems.

fat chic: asks the skinny one, how she is so skinny,

skinny chick: straight up says,, "i'm on the see-food diet."

BULL FUCKING SHIT,,

I distinctly saw this girl opt for a diet coke, and looking for "LOW CARB" food at the campus convenience store, AND i've seen her very regularly at the GYM.

At the campus food court 3rd time: This one guy, also complaining about his girl troubles and acne. The skinnier more attractive "FRIEND" tells him to just eat rice and bread, and less meat.

AND in front of the fat ugly guy, there lies a bacon cheese burger,, while the skinny guy is eating a salad with no dressing, and no cheese.


First two other times were a longer time ago, and they fall in the same lines as "Oh yea, I totally don't work out, it's just genetics." LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE


DAME YOU lying narcissistic assholes..


This is exactly the kind of shit that goes on when you see a large disparity in physical attractiveness between two female in the same social group..

OMFG... shallow assholes... ruining other people's lives to make themselves feel better. 🙁🙁🙁

I figure I'd outline what a REAL skinny person does, as simple and general as possible

First: skinny is a life-style, not just a limited "turn of events." It's an every day thing, and if you EVER break the cycle, your body will reflect that in a VERY short amount of time, within 1 month.

I do

1 hour workouts every other day (as long as you're sweating your ass off, and moving)

I do NOT eat "bread, rice, pasta, noodles" or anything else made with refine carbs
- this extends to junk food/

I made a salt water spray for my food so I can take in exactly 2.5 grams of salt per day.

Other than that, I eat whatever else is left,, now before you make allegations of the see-food diet here, realize, once you cut out refined carbs completely,, the only thing left is pretty good for you.

I went from 155 to 135 in 8 months, and these are all old pictures of me from last-last Halloween.

But what was I to do, go up, punch the guy,, tell the fat person that his friend is not really his friend, and just a lying asshole..

THE PROBLEM is some skinny people are so fucking EVIL ,, they horde that like a secret, and turns to HURT others.. 🙁🙁

I'm not exactly "skinny" (5'11" 165) but I'm normal for my frame. I just lay off the sugary shit (maybe ice cream twice a week at maximum, cookies almost never, etc) and beyond that eat virtually what I want. I try to mix in fruit and veggies whenever possible and eat whole wheat bread. That + regular workouts.

No its impossible! Genetics are to blame! My metabolism stopped! I have a gland problem! Or some bs like that.

Don't try to play it down.. I hope you are a good person and tell people that you workout all the time, which is what a regular workout is, and that you lay off almost all refined carbs..

I seriously doubt this is true. And if it is (BTW it isn't) it definitely wouldn't be deliberate. You're either deluded or clinically depressed or both. Or schizophrenic.
 
I'm confused on multiple levels.
People are fat because they burn less calories than they consume.
Acne could be a variety of things hormones, diet, etc

The fact someone can complain about being fat while simultaneously eating a bacon cheeseburger is beyond me.

I have a hunch the number of fat people who lie to skinny (or fat) friends about their dietary and exercise habits is greater than the number of skinny people who lie to fat friends about how they maintain weight.
