no he doesn't, she wasn't a mortal threat to his life. please don't blow what i'm saying out of proportion. if she had tried to shoot him then sure, i'd agree. but she tried to kick/trip him and he reacted in kind. The Golden Rule, do unto others. if this bitch didn't want to get kicked, why did she kick the cop?

none of you can answer that question. that's all im asking, i do not disagree that there were better ways to handle the situation, more preferable ways, but i do not see what he did to be so out of line. he acted with equal force/intent from what i can make out in the video as his attacker.

very well trolled.

"Deserved" on what basis?

She chose to attack first.

It is like when a burglar tries to rob someone's house and gets killed in the process. If they had not decided to rob the house then they would still be alive.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Guilty. That was the verdict handed down by a Providence Superior Court judge in the assault case against a Lincoln police officer.

The judge convicted Officer Edward Krawetz of felony battery with a dangerous weapon.

Krawetz was accused of kicking a handcuffed woman outside Twin River casino in 2009 after the woman tried to kick him. The incident was caught on surveillance camera.

Krawetz, who is currently suspended from the force, was removing Donna Levesque from the facility for disorderly conduct. While testifying in his own defense, Krawetz's said he kicked Levesque in self defense.

Testimony in Krawetz's bench trial wrapped up earlier this month. He waived his right to a jury trial, and instead opted for the judge to hear the evidence.

It's not the first time Krawetz has been convicted of assault. In 2001 he was convicted of misdemeanor assault after a confrontation with a man who was jogging with friends in Cumberland. He was suspended for 30 days following that case.

Sentencing in the case is set for March 19.

GOOD teh idiot had a history of assaulting people. he should be in jail. Glad he was found guilty,

Wait, wait wait... so a white good ol' boy cop just doling out the justice is found guilty? Color me surprised!

j/k

He got what he deserved. I'm sure he's going to appeal as much as he can, but he's going to be found guilty by any court. He even tried to do the good ol' boy routine of just using a judge trial, probably thinking he has connections in the justice system to get off. Glad that back fired.

Should he be charged? Yes, cop was a douche and it was obviously retaliatory and unnecessary. I think his punishment should be pretty light.

Did she deserve it? Hell yeah, dumb bitch.

Despite the OP having 5 posts in this thread of his, 25 of his 43 posts are new threads, most asking generic questions as if to sound like a real forumer or linking to some video he hopes to make viral. There is no doubt in my mind that he is a cultivating a gorilla marketer account and is probably paid to promote certain videos and products.
