I read quickly through this thread to see what the story was and I have a few questions. Was this a one time deal or is he an actual pot dealer? If he only has a few ounces I would think this is a one time thing since any real dealer would have much more than that. Was the pot stored in his fridge or a "community" fridge? I also don't know why your rooms are being searched on a regular basis. Don't you get any privacy at all? I also am assuming that you are both freshmen because I can't imagine an upperclassman would want to live in such a restrictive environment.
