Look kid, this is simple. He's not torturing you. The reason why no one is seeing that 'its not about the games' is because it isn't there to see. It is about the games. Know that s**t you do in high school COUNTS. If you have any aspiration of doing anything after school except flipping burgers, you need to get your ass in line and make the f***ng grade. Don't come on here whining about how its not the games, and how your brother loves to torture you. Even if it were true (i can almost assure you its not), the point is you still need to make the grade or you're going to become a huge piece of s**t after school. Your brother is looking out for you, you just can't realize it. I did something like this to my brother that was similar, and he said the same s**t about how I loved to torture him, but no... it was done to motivate him. Some kids have a hard time understanding REASON and LOGIC and that seems to be your problem.

If you paid for every last component then he should give it back iregardless of your schooling grades... however if he paid for any of the components in the rig he is entitled to hold those compononents indefinetly at his disgresion. Further more if He paid for all of the PC then you are out of luck and should cut it even that he is willing to let you have it back at all. Have a nice day.

anyways, the older brother paid for the rig, while the younger is trying to defend his weak case against the older brother taking it. also, the younger brother is complaining about the older brother taking his PS2 away also, i think.
also, if you were someone's older brother and your 15 yr old younger brother got 3 F's 2 D's, etc... you would just let them whittle their life away playing HL2 just because he paid for his PC?
I would return the computer if he gets B's, going from F to A is extremely hard ... he should also understand why it's impt. to get good grades. Just ask him how he'll feel once all his friends are in college and he's left behind in a JC ...
