That is the guy that turned himself in. Remains to be seen the exact order of sequences; some allege that he had a gun pulled before he was attacked, in which case his self-defense case would be destroyed, but the angle of the video obscures his shooting hand.

That's what I saw too. I watched half a dozen times trying to locate a shooter but for the life of me I couldn't see a gun or even a muzzle flash. Does anyone have any screenshots with thick neon circles around what I should be looking at or something?
