that only applies to things you DON'T have a constitutional right to.
You do not have a constitutional right to a car. Or to alcohol. Or about a thousand other things.
You do (currently) have a right to own weapons, to get an abortion, to vote, a speedy trial, a jury of your peers, some privacy especially with regards to property and police touching, opening, or seizing your property, and right now a lot of those freedoms are in jeopardy and frankly I don't see enough politicians or private citizens fighting to keep those rights.
