What's really funny is few would really pay much attention to her, but the Bush(the letter I)tes so despise/fear her they themselves keep giving her life. It's like they have a sore and keep picking at it, and as a result it won't go away.

They make the same claims about people objecting to the war, saying it gives "aid and comfort" or some such nonsense to those opposing us in Iraq, yet they do the same (with great enthusiasm) with Sheehan. She gets the spotlight because the neocons and their ilk want to. Go figure.

Actually, I don't think the right thinks too much about it. It's the NeoCons who are most offended it seems. NeoCons are merely liberals exercising failed social engineering programs overseas. George Will's words not mine.

In any case, it's still funny because almost no one pays attention to the sources you cite. You are effectively in bed with them, helping them based on your stated logic about helping terrorists. You apparently are allies in promoting her. Maybe you could donate to Moveon.

Unfortunately their newfound cause had already stuck on them like a bloodsucking leech as well. Now it's the march of the moonbats down in Crawford and the right is enjoying the highly public display of ongoing lunacy. So sure, the right are pumping it up now. They have an interest in showing the public the "base" of the left these days.

Indeed, although I'd say lately that the extremists groups on both sides have a lot more members than you might think. I find it highly amusing that she's becoming such a focal point for them though, mostly because if I was anti-war, I wouldn't want to be associated with her, and if I was pro-war, I wouldn't want to spend all my time bashing her. Both sides end up looking stupid.
 
She's basically a puppet at this point anyway. Just another face for a huge PR push against Dubbya and all things conservative. It really isn't about the war and it certainly isn't about Cindy's son anymore. (If it ever was in the first place)
