Yep, just like sex ....... well .... most of the time.

What's funny is I was going to post that the people saying that have probably only shaved themselves so how the hell would they know? It's likely true of your post as well.

Same here. I use an electric razor but it still hurts.

Yup. Or you have a extremely low tolerance for pain.

**EDIT**
I have been using the same Mach 3 Razor for 2 years now. ;)

I think I should get another one.

LOL! I get about 5 shaves with a mach 3 before it starts "catching" due to dullness. I have pushed it to 10-12 when I was broke. There was a lot of blood at that point. The worst thing I ever used was a Bic shaver. Totally worthless. It probably would take an hour to shave if I had to use one of those worthless things. I have a friend who loves them.

You must have "peach fuzz" for a beard..

use a quattro. I used one before after using my mach3. It's so much less irritant IMO, because they have really thin wires going across the blades, so it doesn't rub into your skin.

I use a mach3 but there is way more tricks than that. I hate to say it, but when your done shaving, put vaseline on your face. Let it sit for a few, then wash it. Then cover it with some nivea balm. Then go do your thing. Way less irritation, and less acne, and you can shave the next day most times. Also, dont go up with the razor unless you have gone down first. This lets the shaving cream set in a bit. Not to mention it also opens up pores so the hair comes out further.

cheapo electric works for me.

Before I got that I just used clippers. Gives that 1-2 day stubble look.
