If your 650e will run at 133 MHz FSB, then you have no issue with the Soyo. But, mine did not.
The Soyo board jumps from 126 to 133; while the Abit board, with Softmenu III, gave me the full range!
At the time I bought the Soyo board it was about $45 cheaper than the BE6-r2. Now I can get the BE6-r2, with ATA100 and Raid for $123.00. It is a solid board with excellent performance as most BX based boards are.
Oh, my 650e is a a FC-PGA on an Iwill Slotket II. You would need a different version of the Gorb to work with a SECC-2 Slot 1, but they do have them.
They are having a Computer Show in Dallas, TX this Sat. and I'm trying to decide what to buy. Might upgrade my Cellie 300a and 366 with Cu or Cu128. Hope to find a cheap LX board also.
