Ok, i joined a gym and have been going regularly 3-4 times a week since march '02. I've only managed to gain about 10 pounds since but was hoping for a real improvement. I really don't see much difference in my body size or weight. I want to gain weight but not flab muscle. I'm currently 5 '11 130 and I wanna reach at least 145 in a month and a half. Is that possible? What kind of supplements should I take if any? I eat about 3-4 full meals a day, but still my weight doesn't change much.
