dont eat stupid you will just damage your heart.

im 5'9 and about 150lbs, my freind is 5'7 and over 180lbs, but he can bench over 280lbs as well.

i did budybuilding/ weights while I was at school, went xc running 2 or 3 times a week, and was 130lbs, ripped, and had a 28" waist.
i dont train now, im not much weaker, about a 31" waist, 40" chest and can still run 4 or 5 miles without much training, thepoint is build it up once and mass doesnt shift easily whether its muscle or fat.

you may have to train for a year or more before you stop being a weed and then just explode to massiveness.

all i can say is train properly with proper muscle isolation, free weights, olympic bars, and see what happens. ;)

Calories you intake > calories you use up = weight gain
At your height, i would shoot anywhere from 2.5k calories to 3k calories a day if you want some serious weight gain.

Eat plenty, eat plenty, and eat plenty. You don't necessarily have to eat 3 large meals a day, try 7 smaller meals( atleast It worked better for me).

You also mentioned that you worked out; thus, protein is a must. Protein is the building block for your muscles.

Buy whey protein powders from your local GNC or if you prefer all natural foods, tuna is also a great sources of protein.

How the hell can you be 5'11" and 130lbs?!?!?! Even before I started working out 3 years ago and was skinny like a stick I still was 160 lbs. I'm 5'11" too, btw.
