This guy is a first class asshole and should be removed from representing anyone in this country.

What? He is representing America and it's values that's why he was elected.

Did the wife he cheated on have cancer, or is that strictly a democrat thing?

I guess you'd have to ask Rush Limbaugh that question.

Did Rush cheat on one of his wives, or did one of them have cancer? If so, please provide proof, because that's news to me.

Bump to see if you're ever going to clarify your statement.

20 Jul 2009 // Washington, D.C. - Today, CREW received a letter from William M. Welch II, Chief of the Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice, stating that it would up to the FBI, not DOJ, to decide whether or not to investigate Sen. John Ensign (R-NV) for criminal violations of campaign finance law. In response to Mr. Welch?s letter, CREW forwarded its original complaint against Sen. Ensign to Joseph Persichini, the Assistant Director in Charge for the FBI?s Washington Field Office.

Melanie Sloan, CREW?s executive director, said, ?We can?t help but wonder, did Public Integrity refuse to investigate out of fear of political fallout given how the section bungled the prosecution of former Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens??

Read the DOJ's letter to CREW and our forwarded complaint to the FBI in the Related Documents section on the right.

Ensign: "I may be a fucking scumbag, but at least I'm not a criminal fucking scumbag!"

Uh, yeah, good one John. Well said.

Any resident "republicans" care to chime in about this - or shall ye remain silent?

Being from NV; many politicians are slime after being in office more that a couple of terms.
It makes no difference which party they belong to - they let power go to their heads and think that they are not truly repsonsible to the people.

What's most sad is a 50 year-old man had to get his mommy and daddy to pay, errr .... 'gift', the extortion, errrr .... 'backmail', errr ... 'severence', (errr ... 'hush'?) money.

"" Hey, Tom Coburn. Thanks for the advice! (and coverup) ""
