He just left office and since then records have become available (he illegally or unethically kept secret), the FBI is investigating him for all sorts of crap. If I like his voting I don't give a damn who he screws, that's his and his wife's problem. I'd much rather a politician be having an affair than riping off taxpayers and be involved in fraud etc. (like Easley looks to be guilty of)

BTW: Unlike interstate transportaion for prostitution (or whatever the legal term is), having an affair with a married co-worker isn't a federal felony. That's why Spitzer is out of office - he committed felonies while in office.
