Disabled?

LOL, seriously, I'd just call it sub-untrained.

Since I weight around 165 lbs, do you realize how heavy 120 lbs freeweight is to "a sit on my butts infront of the computers for 75% of my waking hours"? If I have to do it cold turkey right now, more than likely it will be in unproper form because I will have a hard time controlling it. Give me 1 week for my body to adjust then I sure I could do it. :)

That's OK, they are overrated and often lead to injury.

Between Intermediate and Advanced.

For 132 lbs, my max is 185 lbs. Intermediate max is 153. Advanced max is 208.

Between Intermediate and Advanced.

I'm 6'4", and fluctuate between 185 and 200 (depending on season, eating habits, alignment of the stars)

I bench 235-240 lbs.

I don't do squats. The machine I have access too is too tall. Scared I might hurt myself.

Get a self spotting bench/rack, or find a spot. :)

Hey, I guess I'm elite. :) I'm only 215 but I used the 220 body weight scale. And if I'm elite, my brother must be super man because he's off the charts.

My best (when I was in college and didn't have any real responsibilities and could work out 5 times a day), I weighed ~180 and could do a single rep of 315.

Now I have a life and don't have time to gratify myself and actually provide value added for the community, I don't work out anymore. I have no idea what I could do now :) I spend my time bench pressing my 25lb son - he likes being thrown in the air :)

Just slightly above intermediate.... but after a couple months of good training last year I was at the advanced level. I'm stronger than average I think... but this chart seems a little low overall.

woot!! My many years of football, basketball, and soccer allows my e-penis to grow even longer. Advanced in all categories baby. "Multi-year training" doesnt even come close to the year-round 6 year hell of football practice and weight training. Tell you what though, getting suited up on Friday nights, running through the big sign onto the field with thousands of people screaming(especially in playoff games), feeling the adrenaline rush as I lined up across from the offensive lineman and KNOWING i was about to blow his ass off the line and be around the tailback before he knew what was happening, there aint much better than that fellas. The only time I can think of that out did playoff games in sheer adrenaline rush was when we went to the Auburn University passing camp. 7 on 7 games, the championship game would be played in Jordan-Hare Stadium. We got to the championship, we played, I caught 2 touchdowns. My god I was thrilled then with only a couple thousadn people watching, I cant imagine being out there in front of 90,000 fans and millions on t.v.

Bench - Advanced (never been my strongest muscle)
Shoulder Press - I can't really say as I do dumbell presses. I do 80 - 85lb dumbell presses, but I'm sure the total weight would be more than 160 - 170lbs if I was using the barbell.
Squat - Intermediate (broke my ankle few years ago and always had smaller legs)
Deadlift - advanced.
Cleans - I don't do these.

Edited a few, forgot it was 1 rep max.
