How are people finding these? Noisewise? I had to return mine because of the heat and noise. In comparison to my Western Digital Caviar SE16 320gb, the seagate was actually quite noisy and you can fry an egg on the thing.

So far mine has been inaudible, and as far as heat goes, I wouldnt say they run "cool" like some claim, but mine doesnt run hot either with it being placed in front of the intake fan (which is a low cfm Vantec stealth) it seems to run within normal temps.
