Seth’s theory is that after the whistleblower report, some in the WH and State Dept thought it prudent to retroactively justify her dismissal. He claims this supports the theory she was removed in order to give Giuliani more leeway to have direct contact without anyone questioning just wtf he was doing.

Also hilarious—apparently some of the documents/notes were contained within Trump Hotel envelopes.
