That whole list in the link you sent is meaningless to me. Never heard of any of them. Why would I want to know how all about a bunch of phones I don't even own?

i just want one that can make and recieve calls and text messages. anything else while nice i just do not really need.

I like my RAZR, but I just use it as a *shock* phone. I have no interest in surfing the internet, text messaging, loading the "latest" ringtones, taking pictures, etc. When I use the RAZR, I'm calling someone, or someone is calling me...that's it. I even had them turn of text messaging on it.

I guess I'm not cool now...damn.

That's their number 2 phone, a POS B&W candybar that does what it should best, MAKE CALLS.

But I will admit, the US sucks when it comes to phones compared to everywhere else, that's why I like to buy my phones whenever I'm overseas

I have some random LG phone. It doesn't even have a camera. But I really don't care to be honest. I use it as a phone (shocker) and it works flawlessly for that.

Motorola Razrs are just a stupid fad like iPods.
