Well the borders do not have "Migrants" flowing across the border thousands at a time as they were during the Biden Administration and then released and shipped all over the country. They appear to be a relative ghost town in comparison.

Now if you want to call this something else that is fine with me. We are no longer being flooded with illegal aliens. With hoards filling up the hotels in New York and filling the streets and airports etc...

But of course these pictures are Fake and BS ....

Showing lines of people awaiting processing is not us being flooded with 'illegal aliens' either - once again it is showing LITERALLY the opposite of that as processing is to determine if they can enter legally or not.

So again, you're disproving your own argument and this is not the first time you've been told this.

I guess we all imagined the images and many just like these. It seems now the border is very deserted in comparison.

In an aerial view, a U.S. Border Patrol agent watches over migrants waiting to be processed after crossing from Mexico into the United States on December 17, 2023 in Eagle Pass, Texas. A surge of migrants, as many as 12,000 per day, crossing the U.S.

I love that you used that Haitians crossing the dam pic to make your point.

Oh BS.

He obviously didn't need to sign anything. All he had to do was not enforce the current laws, just like what he did.

If not why did the border crossings dry up after the election?

Biden does not hop into a vehicle and drive around protecting the border

Contrary to what you believe …. The president sets policy then has others do it as long as it is within the law

Where is the paper trail?

Or do you think him + DHS + etc all had a double secret meeting and he told him to stop enforcing the border and it just happened

I am actually serious. How did the orders get sent down to the agents in the field to stop enforcing the border.

I see you still don't get that when talking about border statistics, interactions and encounters are two diffferent things, and are based off of individuals.. Interactions are about 1.3 million, encounters are about 950, per day on average. If you noticed in one of my previous responses, I also said interactions where half of what you claim. Unless you are using common core math, 2.5M/2 equals 1.25M. So who's closer? You really should put down your biological term dictionary, and pick up the statistical term dictionary. What's comical, is you are implying I am spouting made up data, not realizing I am giving you the statistical data from 2024, the Biden administration, because we can't trust the numbers coming out of the current administration. I am sure we both can agree, with what's taking place in this country concerning immigration, the numbers at the boarders are most likely lower than 2024. If not, I doubt they have doubled. But who knows, maybe there are that many lunatics who want to be sent to concentration camps.

I stand by my original claim that we see 2.5M+ encounters a day. Period. Full stop. I don't need to google it. It shows up right in front of me on my screen every day. Whether that meets your google definitions or not is a YOU problem. I can tell you that I have never once been in a staff call with SESs and have anyone talk about the daily #s you are citing. It just doesn't happen. The important metric is daily encounters (collections).

You've proven nothing but an ability to get words wrong (biological?) and veer off into tangents. Unless, that is, your deduplication rant was somehow suggesting that oracle/postgres storage efficiency algorithms somehow are germane to the discussion?

Again, DHS scans biometrics 2.5M+ times a day. And that doesn't line up with wherever you're getting the ~950 number from (unless they're really fast and average like 2600 collections each).

Wow, great example of ignorance mixed with arrogance. Stand by numbers that you admit count individuals multiple times, and have no relevance to proving if we have an open border or a closed border. The fact that all you got out of what I said, is that I mistakenly typed biological instead of biometric, says it all. it's like you are incapable of realizing that a simple mistake was made. Fuck me for being up 4 hours past my normal bed time and being tired. all while you completey ignore basic facts of statistics.

I didn't veer off of anything, or go into a rant. I even clarified what I meant about deduplication, and tried to get you to realize that the terminalogy you are trying to use, is not the same when it comes to border tracking statistics. It's like you are just skimming thru my posts, not actually reading or comprehending anything I have said. It's like you have no clue what statistics are, how they are gathered, or what the terminalogy used means. It seems you don't even understand how your biometric data plays a roll in that statistical data. It's like you are only capable of seeing things from the perspective of your industry and nothing else. Which is why you don't seem to understand I was trying to help you from making it appear you are using manipulation to argue a point because all we can see are statistics we can look up.

Tell you what.. go ask your boss, why do the border tracking statistic numbers, not align with the numbers you see in your biometric collected data. Ask why do the statistics consider interactions and encounters two different things, when in the biometric data world, encounters means interations. yet encoutners means something different when it comes to statistics and the border. (your misinterpretation of what encounters means where it comes to statistics of boarder traffic is what partiually lead us down this path) While you are at it, ask them if the biometric data you are collecing is proof of the US having an open border or a closed border, and what's different now than when Biden was in office. (the reason you brought up the 2.5M encounters and put us on the path of arguing about the difference). You can even tell him you are aksing because of a dicussion you had with some "insert what every name you want to call me" to make yourself feel superior. Lets see if your boss understand the difference and explains it to you. But of couse, you have to be genuine when/if you actually have the integrity to ask your boss such questions.

Also, back to the earlier protion of this discussion, you have to realize that all the general population has to go on, is the statistics we can look up. To the general population, your biometric data encounter numbers are unverifiable.. aka come across as made up.

anyhow I am going to get some sleep. Have a good day.

I already told you the answers. You just don't want to believe that your googling is inferior to actual real world usage. No one in my professional experience (and I'm including years of non-technical government leadership in that, so not just us "biologic" experts) has ever used the data as you suggest because it serves zero purpose in the context of the mission(s). None. No amount of google-fu can change that. You can keep screaming "but muh statistics!!!" all you want. You're still incorrect.

You've literally done nothing but an inverse argument from authority this entire time. Others have seen it and given you suggestions. Yet you keep coming back to dig even deeper. Hell, you even admitted in one of your first posts on the matter (might have even been the first, don't care enough to go back and check) that you had no idea where to find the right numbers. Well, I've been telling you the entire time. But it's not from google, so ...

And your 2nd to last bit there is a chilling indictment/example of the current popular trend of ignoring experts because "feels".

I'm done. Best of luck in all your future endeavors.

Yeah, we took a detour when pcgeek11 made the utterly insane claim that Biden was more traitorous than Herr Trump, and pointed to the "open border" as evidence of it.
In the end his argument seems to be that Biden was more traitorous than Trump because while Trump attempted a coup to end democracy Biden had long lines for processing at the border.

I do not think this misrepresents his position in any way.

You think Russia has long lines of people trying to get in?
Probably becomes an assembly line straight to the front line these days.

I don't agree with a lot of the Biden Administrations border policies. However to me, inciting your supporters to storm the capital because you lost the election is unforgivable.

We have to keep in mind that pcgeek11 lives in an area that is still as racially diverse as the antebellum south. More than 95% of the population is black or white and it was a big deal when Mexican food came to town with the opening of Taco Bell.

His mind is gone. He reflexively has to call Biden a traitor because people call Trump a traitor, but the only reason he can come up with is verifiably false. There are many, many legitimate reasons to criticize Biden. I don't believe any of them amount to being a traitor in the same way as endeavoring to overturn a fair election and prevent the peaceful transition of power as Trump has, but he could at least take a flyer at something real that Biden actually did. But nope, border was wide open. Unbelievably lazy.

Back on the thread topic, Trump is flopping around like a dying fish after meeting with Putin, Zelenskyy and European leaders. Total success, many deals were made, peace is at hand.

Well, no. 1 is that when he lost the election he transitioned into ex-president. I'd say that's a clear non-traitor behavior.

I wanna know what it takes to become such a dumb motherfucker as pc geek. decades of GOP agitprop has brought him to the point that he happily votes for legions of pedophiles, felons, insurrectionists, and literally turns the reality that exists for everyone in the world into a fantasy projection that he simply doesn't udnerstand.

Showing an enforced, closed border as evidence of it being open is fucking insane. Amazing how fucking stupid and useless these fucking GOP traitors have become. They walk among us, and they support pedophiles of all thing. fucking pedophiles and Nazis, they ally with them. amazing.

Wait, isn't this the Ukraine thread? Why is old man "opinion" in here screaming about the clouds?

that's true. along with supporting pedophilia, pcgeek voted for the Russian slaughter on Ukraine every single time he voted for Trump. no question.
Geek has removed himself so far from that vote that he is like "I voted for non of this" and believe that non of this Trump bs is on him. "I voted for him to do one thing but then he went and did another thing instead. That's not on me!! How dare you!!!"
Personal responsibility for you. Not for him. It's the new Jesus Juice I guess.

reports of ru fuel train supplying troops in eastern front hit by ukraine forces. multiple tanker cars burning out, train stuck blocking line, multi drone strikes to finish it off. also long range drone strikes on ru refineries.
Slava Ukraini!

"Slava Ukraini" is a Ukrainian patriotic slogan that translates to "Glory to Ukraine!". It is often used as a call and response, with the common reply being "Heroiam slava!" which means "Glory to the heroes!". The phrase has a long history as a symbol of Ukrainian national identity and resistance against foreign powers.
