Yet again Trump legitimizes the war criminal on the world stage, gets fuck all in return. The fly over and posturing was pretty cringe I thought. Hey, at least he didn't try to bribe Putin with a state or oil reserve, right?

Yeah I suspect this had a lot less to do with Ukraine, more to do with Putin using his influence on Trump in Alaska to buy himself more time at home. This reinforces his legitimacy in the Kremlin as much as it does on the street. Shows China he still has some amount of control here, despite a large percentage of his military being exposed as a joke. A military he'd prefer stay far from Moscow for the most part let's remember. Last thing he needs is anyone else getting those Wagneresque feelings.

Trump is the simplest of tools, gets used accordingly. This is what happens when you have a moron as CiC. Such a fucking disgrace. Will he live up to that adage about Americans always doing the right thing, after all other options have been exhausted? Or is even that beyond this orange sack of pedo shit?

Can anyone name a time or person any previous president rolled out the red carpet for and had a military fly over for show? Its not something I’ve ever cared about so I’m curious just as to how normal this is.

While we are fond of using shows of force to dissuade others from engaging us, or 3rd parties, you know... downrange, in times of war or other conflicts, I cannot for the life of me think of a time when we did that for the reception of a foreign leader. A war criminal no less, wanted by the ICC. So much wtf with this traitor, it's nauseating.

Trump the low IQ manchild and his love of pageantry and posturing is so damn tiresome. I don't think I've ever seen Putin that happy, even in 2016. And why not? He got to ignore Trump's bleating for the cameras, plus the lover of tekhnologiya got to see real stealth fighters and bombers. Win win.

Let me guess. No additional sanctions on Russia.
Because Trump was never going to do anything. His whole plan all along is to bow to Putin.

Trump gave Putin a nice strong man photo op for him to pimp back home without getting anything in return.
Ahh... I stand corrected... Trump did get something. Putin said the war wouldn't have happened if Trump were President.

Such a cheap price for no sanctions.
