Some countries are probably becoming really perturbed and might do this despite caution emanating from Paris and Berlin. The Russians likely keep pushing until there is a shoot down then will have to decide between an air war with Europe (very bad), something asymmetric (possible), or just issuing a stream of bellicose statements but ultimately taking it (very likely).

The border was previously closed due to Russian military deployment along the border.
Poles just reopened the border, and NOW would be a great time to leave before Russia invades NATO airspace again and gets shot down.

As Russia intends on expanding the war, now is a good time for Europeans to flee enemy territory. Before they are captured, tortured, and killed.

Yes. Putin is less than a junior partner now, thanks to Russia's reliance on China for critical war materials. Did you see Xi's Yay China summit recently? He basically gave Putin the cold shoulder, didn't want him ruining his CCP bash with talk and pics of his gaping, oozing Ukrainian wound. And Putin had to take it and smile.
