Oh don't worry, NATO doesn't matter to the US. It'll be "we will not get involved in Europe's war" right until the fucking second they declare war on you. Then you'll arrive late and proclaim you did everything...

As per fucking usual.

We need a EU military force that can step in, one big enough to be too fucking painful for Russia OR the US to face. I mean, half of the time you elect a fucking retard like GW who invades soverign nations on a demonstrable lie and sometimes you just elect fascists like Trump. Do you really think Trump would engage if Russia invaded Germany? Nah.

And we would like to thank the US and Russia for showing us the light on that fucking part. Now if you could just both become isolationist nations that we didn't have to fucking deal with we'd ALL be grateful. No genociding people though... Neither of you.
100% on the EU army. And here it comes. Thanks Puti.

I would argue that 100% Americans agree with you on the absolute necessity of an EU military force that can step in, one big enough to be too fucking painful for Russia OR the US to face.

That would be glorious. Just glorious. Please build that. Pretty please.

The world needs a strong EU with enough firepower to tell the US and anyone else to go F itself. Please make it expeditionary, so it can deploy anywhere in the EU or anywhere in the world the EU thinks it might be necessary.

I say the odds are small that this will ever happen. They would rather be dependent on someone else.

I know, I know.

But think of the world that could be!

The EU can be the good cop, and the US can be the bad cop. It would be glorious.

Key Takeaways

  • Russian forces are setting conditions to envelop Kyiv from the west and attempting to open up a new axis of attack from the east that would let them encircle the capital. It is unclear if Russia has sufficient combat power to complete such an encirclement and hold it against Ukrainian counter-attacks.
  • Russian forces will likely launch a renewed ground offensive to seize Kharkiv following the air/artillery/missile attack it has been conducting in the past 24 hours.
  • Russian and Russian proxy forces will likely solidify the “land bridge” linking Rostov-on-Don with Crimea, allowing Russian forces to move more rapidly from Rostov to reinforce efforts further west.
  • Russia’s successful seizure of Kherson city may allow Russian forces to resume their interrupted drive toward Mykolayiv and Odesa.
  • Belarusian forces have likely entered the war on Russia’s side despite denials by the Belarusian president.

Zelenskyy is still alive and kicking… Wonder how much that has to do with foreign ie. US intelligence helping him keeping track of Russian forces on the ground. Maybe even when to hit what where for maximum damage?

supposedly they were given info from FSB in Moscow about this hit, which would get their (Russia's) counter intel agency buzzing

this is your poisoned conservative brain casting sweeping judgements on societies and their economic systems that you will never fucking understand.

"It is this way, because they must be freeloading socialists! It's so comfortable to not have to think and read about things when I can just define them all from my smooth brains and sleep comfortably!"

I think in the end its not going to go well for Ukraine. The scary part is Russia won't stop at Ukraine.

Not sure they will have the equipment or resources to go any further. Imagine them hitting a NATO force that actually knows the weapons they using and has the ability to defend the sky. Unless it’s a small nuke or anything like that, they are sitting in Ukraine and licking their wounds for a while. Forget about the resistance forces that will be operating in Ukraine doing damage too.

This might confirm some of the earlier anecdotal reports that Russia was leaving their dead in the fields (and potentially killing their wounded).

There were reports that the first wave was followed by mobile incineration units. I guess if those got stuck behind them just leave their dead where they lie. That Babushka was right—I wonder what the sunflowers will look like this summer.

Or it could be the fact that the Orangeman complained very publicly about member nations of NATO not meeting financial levels and/or being very dependent on Russian energy and was ridiculed for it? I'm sure it's your stupid version.

You boy's pretense for breaking up NATO. He also said NATO was obsolete, threatened to withdraw, also hesitated to support Article 5 until pressed. Putin wanted NATO broken up. What do you think they talked about at Helsinki when staff were not allowed in the room?
