How to ensure that I have a good shot of winning? Such as good ways to bribe the populace. Or how to make my campaign poster, etc.

Edit: Graduate school.

High school?

Wear a pink shirt with a loose tie and act like a douchebag. Put posters around the school using your last name in some sort of pun.

At least that's how I remember it.

If it is high school, just remember..... Dont use common sense. HS lacks anything with common sense so just use a lound rude voice and act like a douchebag like said earlier.

That, and promise tons of stuff that you dont even have control of. Kind of like in a recent election about a couple of months back.

you could kill a parent.

we had the same class president for the first 3 years of high school... then come senior year, one of the guys who was running against him lost a parent and won in a landslide.

or bribery.

but it's a popularity contest.

college application filler?

I ended up working my butt off junior/senior year in extracurriculars and volunteering to balance out the fact that my GPA was less than stellar (I mean, not terrible, but in the mid 3's)

Have a nerdy friend do a dance routine in your honor.

Or, promise to have doors installed on the bathroom stalls to replace the ones removed in 1972. It worked for one of my high school friends.

Perhaps you should have spent your junior/senior year focusing on your studies more rather than running for class president or participating in extracurricular activities?

I believe you should watch the Arrested Development episode titled "Immaculate Election" for a surefire strategy.
