But, that is if we catch him. I'm pretty sure that most people in the military and civilians alike hope we kill him with the bombing we are continuing to carry out. If he dies that way, then we have an out, as he died in battle. However, if we catch him, we can't bring him back to the States and then hold a public execution...that isn't how America works. Once he is in our custody, he will be treated as any other criminal would be. He'll be given a trial and jail time. So, think about that...you could be working this morning to pay for his meal in the future. >>
Nah, he is guilty of over 300 counts of capital murder as of yesterday. Every day the number of charges increases. He is going to have to die just like common capital murder offenders here in the states.
