The UK's CCTV program is looking mighty fine right about now. Being able to track the suspect from a bombing location would be incredibly useful.

Is it? Define "cruel and unusual," because the federal courts, whose job it is to interpret the Constitution (intentionally vague, with designed flexibility, you know), seem to disagree with you when it comes to modern precedent.

Perhaps you should tell them that they are wrong, because you are teh smart. Further, I think they would disagree about some of your other admitted opinions of what aren't "cruel and unusual" forms of punishment...like tossing grenades into tunnels.

Association should confer investigation, not guilt. Investigate potential ties to establish if any moral or material support were provided for the crime(s). Standard burden of proof applies.
