No that is not true because the facts show us that a vast coalition of different groups voted for Obama.

This is not true for Romney. His coalition was simply white. The RNC convention was simply white. These things are quite evident and not worthy of debating.

Can you even give me one speech from the GOP that was about race?

Then you could use the same evidence to say Obama only catered to the minority vote. Neither is true. Show me proof the the GOP is opressing black people.

No. There is no 'minority' vote because 'minority' is like saying 'human being' vote. That is actually many groups.

We need to look at the numbers. Obama's coalition is whites, blacks, hispanics, native-americans, asians. Romney's coalition is almost entirely white. That is racial identity politics. One coalition (Obama's) is formed by a universal message that brings together people of all types. Romney's, on the other hand, is simply through racial identity politics which is why he his support was almost all white.

White people have been used by the GOP with its racial identity politics for so long.

Yep. The GOP is a party that is entirely based on racial identity politics. That's how you get an electorate of all one race in a diverse country. White men really need to open their eyes, they have developed a dependency from the GOP's racial identity politics.

I already did. It's the foundation of the party through its historical modern origins. It's the party's entire message at this point. An example is Romney saying that old white people can keep their government benefits, but future old people who aren't going to be as white cannot.

White men especially in this country have developed a dependency and expectations of GOP politicians continuing to use racial identity politics. This is wrong. many white men need to start integrating with America again.

I've said it before, racism is generated by everyone but white people.

To quote my previous post:
White racism is mostly developed by the other races that make themselves seperate. Black people and other "minorities" are the one's whom segregate themselves, thereby leaving the white people that were taught to "come together" and see everyone as equals.

Yet they turn on the TV and see "Black Entertainment Channel"
Yet they see only black people in groups
Yet they see "Black Representation for Oppression" like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Malcolm X
They see a job application that asks for your race for a much higher chance of getting a job regardless of actual qualifications/skills.
They see college programs only for black people.
They see a "National association" for black people.
They see charity programs only for black people.
They see work/school groups for black people.

There is nothing more shameful than these items, and white people see that and they see the differences in what white people are able to do vs. what other races can do.

And those separations my friend, are why racism still exists. Want to get rid of racism? Get rid of the segregation.

It's true because it's reality. We already know that the modern GOP was founded based on racial identity politics.

But the main issue now is not about oppressing blacks or other groups, but of taking advantage of whites and making them vote purely based on racial identity politics by giving whites more government stuff than others.

This is the most serious social problem today, the de-assimilation of white men by the millions.

To quote my previous post:

The problem here is that many white people have segregated themselves.

Look at who voted for Obama and who voted for Romney.

Obama: a bit over 50% white, and then blacks, hispanics, asians, native americans.
Romney: almost entirely whites, and especially white men.

Why have so many white men segregated themselves from American society? This is a social problem and one that Obama will need to tackle over the next 4 years. White men must begin to interact with the rest of American society. It is not healthy to voluntarily segregate yourself.

Speaking of stupidity, this meme is making the rounds with tea party types....

"If unemployment today were calculated like it was in the 1930s, it would be higher now than at any point during the Depression"

.....

Sorry, the country is leaving the stupid behind, that's why the GOP are losing, people are tired of disinformation/misinformation/ignorance/anti-intellectual/anti-science/anti-knowledge/etc. Modern civilization no longer needs boogy men to keep the mentally deficient in line.

The GOP and it's low IQ cousin, the tea party, have been breeding with themselves in an incestuous relationship that, like incest in humans, leads to dim witted offspring, which in turn leads to stagnation and decline.

The whole GOP theme is a giant dog whistle. If your IQ is that low that you need "blatant" racial slurs to denote that someone is being racist only if they are blatant in their racism, then you aren't worthy of the oxygen you breath, and you aren't worth debating with. Just because the republican party isn't outright saying these things doesn't mean anything. You can INFER from using intelligence and reasoning to see that the core of the tea party, and therefor infecting the GOP, is blatant racism. If your saying the tea party is only about battling government corruption and waste, then your a liar. Where was the tea party when Reagan took our 990 billion debt and turned it into 3 trillion? Where was the tea party when Bush was taking our 5.9 trillion dollar debt and brought it to 11 trillion? Where were they? You know why. Because none of them were black, and none of them were democrats.

After all Mr Peebrain, we can INFER that we have a democracy and separation of church and state in the Constitution by the use of the words and structure of sentences used in the Constitution. Democracy and Separation of Church and State single words and phrases don't have to be in the Constitution for us not to INFER that they are meant. Only a moron thinks in "absolutes". I bet your the type who thinks that all laws are "just" because it's the "law". Your a moron. If you think in only black and white, your a moron. If you think that the universe revolves around this one out of trillions of gravity wells in the universe, your a moron. If you think these things, your a moron.

Racism isn't just about calling someone a ******. racism has to go under cover, and it is a new form that Ta-Nehisi Coates expresses perfectly:

Racism is not merely a simplistic hatred. It is, more often, broad sympathy toward some and broader skepticism toward others.

If you can't understand that, then you are an out and out idiot. The GOP have been using dog whistles for years, and they were attaching a giant leaf blower to it this last election.

Romney telling jokes about how "you don't need to see my birth certificate!" wink wink....dog whistle. It's so easy to see. Not to mention the dog whistles of the GOP's propaganda arm, FOX News, where they spent hours talking about a SINGLE Black Panther at a polling place. They didn't talk about all of the white christians or conservatives standing at polling places. No, they decide to throw that shit on the air. For one very simple reason that anyone with an IQ of 80 or above could understand: "Look at the threatening militant looking black guy who is trying to suppress your vote".

It's blatant, and it's stupid for anyone with intelligence. In other words, it was perfect for the average FOX viewer. GOP doesn't need to do things "outright" to oppress "the blacks" as you call it. They only need to use the dog whistle and create laws that go against black people via the dog whistle. Just look at the redistricting of congressional districts. That is why this "do nothing, 8% approval rating" congress is still there: they are majority republican, and they got that way by gerrymanding the districts to their favor. They can't do that with Senate elections, they can't do that with the presidential elections, but they sure can with the congressional elections.

Also, isn't it funny that this congress is the most hated congress in the history of congress...but all of the FOX mental defects forget the FACT that the majority are republican? And they keep voting these mental defects in year after year. More like sad than funny I guess.

Speaking of Romney, remember when he told the POTUS to wait his turn during one of the debates? I may not be black but I have certainly been shown the ass end of the elitist whites in this country and they disgust me.

The truly sickening thing is you can be smarter, a better athlete, a better person and they still treat you like garbage just because you weren't born from a favored (in their eyes) vagina. It is a disgusting turn this country has taken over the last 150 years or so, and something that needs to stop if we're ever going to be the greatest nation on Earth again.

And really? You're comparing a few black panthers outside of a polling place in "military-esque" dress - to old fuck christian bible thumping old people? One seems just a LITTLE more threatening than the other

They were both interrupting each other, and that was very disrespectful. Like a plantation owner telling one of his "workers" to get back in the field. He is the POTUS ffs and Romney basically told him to shut up and wait.

Just because he is the president doesn't mean people should have to treat him better. Its good that he was told to shut-up and wait. Did you not see the video where he was talking to the Russian PM and told him to wait until after the election so he can do what he wants, that attitude of obama is similar to what romney did to him.

As well respect is earned not given, obama has done nothing to earn respect so he should be treated like the pos he is. Until he fixes himself up then he doesn't deserve any respect.

It is impossible to pander to each group individually because many of these groups have different issues, sometimes maybe even competing issues. Instead, if you have a diverse electorate, then you have a universal policy.
The whole problem with your assertion is that the campaign has different avenues to express what they want to express. Advertise something on BET and you can shape your message to Black voters for instance. Obviously you can give different messages. Just repeating the same line over and over isn't very convincing.
However, if your entire electorate is monolithic, like in the case of almost all of Romney's base being white people,
72% of the entire electorate was white.
then that is clearly the most obvious case of racial identity politics.
Bullshit, its evidence that most of the country is white and Romney won that group by 20 points. Its simple math.
Obviously, because Romney went with racial politics and Obama did not. Romney's racial identity politics is a turn off to non-whites. Also, you need to look at the breakdown of the constituents.
Repeating assertions over and over again...
Obama: Over 50% of his base was white, and then he also had tons of blacks, hispanics, asians, and native americans.
Romney: Almost all white.
We like to talk about diversity but Obama's coalition doesn't represent the electorate any better than Romney's. In fact it could be argued that Romney's was closer to the population than Obama's.
That is a serious problem. Why do white people, and especially white men, succumb so easily to racial identity politics from the GOP? And do they know that this is no longer going to work? It's time for white men to abandon racial identity politics and re-integrate with a diverse american population.
You're not being serious.

Genius, Obama was born from a white woman's vagina.

There were actually 2 Black Panthers there so you clearly have chosen to ignore the video out there. Also one was carrying a batton. I did a search for "white christians at polling place" and came up with nothing on youtube and nothing on Google so I have no clue what you are talking about.

Your evidence is at best smoke and mirrors and anyone who doesn't believe it is an idiot, a moron and has an IQ below 80. Yes Congress has a shity rating and they probably deserve it. BTW, your 8% is wrong, it was actually never lower than 10% and that was back in August, so your "8% approval rating congress is still there" It's around 20% now. If you want to hold that 10% up as a victory over the 14% rating the Democratic Congress had in 2008, more power to ya. Maybe you should just stick with the smoke and mirrors because your facts are coming up a bit short.
