He who replies to words of doubt doth put the light of knowledge out. - William Blake

Indeed but I have found that it doesn't really matter how you respond. No matter how hard you try somebody will accuse you of being sure you're not sure. I try to do the best I can and let the chips fall where they may. I try not to contend with doubt but to illuminate what doubt is all about, of course in my humble opinion and regardless of that conceit. Like I could ever be modest....... What and die?

Biden should turn to Trump at the debate if there is one and ask Trump: “Are you better off under Trump than you were 4 years ago?” this man went bankrupt running casinos. People are morons to elect him to manage anything.
It would be a great line, if he can remember it.
I really hope Biden grabs a solid VP and a quality cabinet.

Don't like standing in line behind you.

LOL. Ill admit to voting for the man once. Shame on him. I didn't do it twice. He tried to start a readiness program for a pandemic and was fought against by all sides.

Plain and simple. GW is the only reason we were as prepared as we were.

You can't back this up. Post me a video that demonstrates this that isn't a blatant smear and photoshopped editing room abomination. I saw him the night of Super Tuesday and his eloquence was nothing short of astonishing. Your credibility is worse than that of Xi or Putin or Kim. You have my permission to leave the room, just turn and go.
And that's what's perplexing. I watched him debate Sanders that night and thought he did pretty well. Then subsequent interviews he was like grandpa Simpson. I have no idea what happens? Maybe he goes in and out? Maybe they had him loaded up that night with more drugs than a Kentucky Derby racehorse?

maybe, maybe, maybe........we all know that Trumpity Dumpity is your hero!

Or maybe you were just mistaken when led into believing what you want to believe, particularly about Trump.

Aside from the obvious "anti Trump" vote, I'm not sure we've offered much for the voters to hope for.
I'm not sure? Are you sure you're not sure. It sounds like you ARE sure.

I know my heart, and my choice. I certainly do not know the choice others will make, especially if they do not see someone who will "go to the mat" for them. I don't know the outcome of the election, nor how people are going to respond to the Republican threat of burning the country if we don't vote for the status quo. The idea of the "center" being a safe bet when we need meaningful change seems like another kind of danger to me. If only because it would be another 4 years of trickle down rotting out our country.

I do not know what so many of us see in Broken Mediocrity when so many Americans of all stripes clamor for something... anything... more.

I'm for Sanders but if Biden wins I will vote for him. Better than Trump by a country mile.` Trump does not measure up to mediocre. Electing a reformer is like turning a battleship.

But you can't even be bothered to READ it, you're problem is being so wrapped up in forming an opinion you can't process information anymore, your link spoke highly of Biden, no mention of "dementia" idiot. Do post one of those two paragraph responses that no one reads past the 1st sentence, you know, the one's that would bore the ears off a brass monkey.
Are you sure you aren't suffering from dementia. Even a pea brain should be able to extrapolate from the fact he is suffering no mental deterioration due to age means that he couldn't possible have dementia.

PS: Not interested in why your ears fell off.

You do have a style all your own and I'd say you own it. Kind of like having a flashlight in an underground labyrinth, illuminating things that would not be otherwise seen/perceived. You're unpredictable by and large and that's to your credit.

Eh, don't worry about Biden. Trump in his best moment can't hold a candle to Biden in his worst moment.

My opinion, humble or otherwise is that truth is always some third way. This is owing to the nature of duality. I think, but am not sure it has to do with the law of 3 we see in mystical literature. The father the son and the holy ghost, the triangle etc, the holy affirming denying and reconciling, etc. I describe it as opposites reconcile at a higher level of understanding. It is the collapse of duality, the state of unity that exists, when opposites created by language cease to exist when thought comes to an end. It's maybe like seeing from a higher dimension where miracles can be made to happen at the dimension below it.

Nulla Nasrudin claimed to be able to see in the dark. A villager said, but we see you walking around at night with a lantern in your hand. Ah, said the Mulla, that's so you don't run into me.

People believe in left and right, good and evil. But there is a conscious state in which good and evil cease to exist. From a believer in opposites, such a point of view, that such things don't exist, is completely incomprehensible.

Jesus the shit's getting deep, now your flip-flopping and claiming "sarcasm"?, can't have it both ways dude, make up your mind.

The serious question: When can Trump stand trial -- for collusion if the evidence can finally be subpoenaed, for obstruction, for election-tampering and soliciting assistance from a foreign power to influence an election . . . for tax evasion, tax fraud . . . money-laundering . . . contempt of Congress . . . .
Sadly because of partisan politics, a Dem controlled DOJ won’t be able to go after the orange menace after January. Too much pressure to heal the country and look past this train wreck of a POTUS.

But I think there will be endless civil suits against him for his inept handing of this COVID-19. Hopefully justice can be had in other forms.

I agree there will be a lot of pressure to not do so but I hope the next administration will resist it and do what’s right, that being to tell the DOJ to give no special treatment to the outgoing administration and to pursue any cases they deem worthy. We already know he’s an unindicted co-conspirator in one felony where his personal attorney is currently doing time and the Mueller report details a half dozen felonies he could be charged with.

It’s easy to not look back like Obama did with Bush but in the end the president is there to make hard choices. A clear message needs to be sent to all future administrations that if you commit crimes while in office prison is waiting for you on the other side.

Conservatives in general are dismissing COVID19 - and it has to do with defending Trump's stupidity.

Even as hospitals are being overwhelmed - they are denying this is an actual problem. Infection numbers and death - oh, those are being overblown... COVID19 didn't kill anyone, it was pneumonia that done killed them! Oh, Trump dropped the ball? Well, it was those pesky Democrats that caused this, because of their impeachment and what not!

The reaction and damage control from conservatives is downright disgusting.

That's pretty much a hopeless quest. I figure Trump will pardon everybody & their dog on Jan 19, 2020, resign & be pardoned by Pence who gets to be President for a day. Neener-neener. Fuck you, Libtards.

What? I was trying to be a Rastafarian Gaucho with cream. I have to nipple this in the bud before there's a stampede. A word of advice. To much Digitaria eriantha, and God knows what could happen. And speaking of pangola grass, don't let your pet pangolin roam around in the belfry. God again only knows what virus might result.

New York can still go after him though. 😉

Yes, this is a pretty likely thing to happen, although that doesn't stop the next DOJ from investigating and handing off what they find to state and local prosecutors.

What if I told you to heal the country involves directly going after that shit stain of a president ???
