It's Nunes own interpretation of things with no input from anyone else. The same Nunes who seemed to be running interference for the Admin when this all began. There is nothing that is keeping them from releasing it. They could at any time. They just need to talk about how damning it is so that when ti does come out and proves to be nothing the faithful will keep talking about how damning it is because they won't care about the actual details at that point.

I imagine what you will get from this memo when it is released (and I bet it eventually will be!) is a cherry picked set of facts that Nunes has used to paint whatever picture he's looking for. After all, we have already seen him deliberately try and mislead the American people on this topic already.

If they wanted to release ALL of the information related to this memo, or at least if we could trust them to make a good faith effort to paint things accurately I would totally agree. What we will almost certainly get instead is misleading red meat for conservatives.

If the memo is actually as bad as they say it is and they wanted to release it they could with basically no issues. Trump could declassify the memo, which if it was really that damning he would. Also if they found any evidence of a crime and choose to hide it they could get in trouble.

In summary if they had anything real they would release the memo and charges would be filed because this is "worse than Watergate".

That being said if they have actual evidence of someone breaking the law we should all see it, it just doesn't seem like they have anything.

Apparently this whole memo is about the FBI extending surveillance coverage on Carter Page. Carter Page. Yes, that Carter Page. The most idiotic of useful idiots.
