monoprice has good cables, but if you're replacing 2x32ft lengths, you'd need >50ft of cable (unless you cut your original cables too long? in which case the 50ft would be ~$20 after shipping)
monoprice 100ft 12 gauge is ~$36 shipped anyway, 14 gauge is ~$30 shipped, so walmart is still a good option

as per audioholics 16 gauge is fine for 20 ft, and 14 gauge for 35 ft, while suffering almost no loss of audio quality

walmart has the 50ft 14 gauge metra/raptor copper oxygen free stuff for $12
you'll probably want to replace the cables for your fronts too though

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...XWYFHE0K85NGA7
amazon.com has the metra/raptor 14 gauge 100ft for ~$20 (galactics has free shipping, or you can buy it from amazon and get free 2 day shipping with trial of amazon prime [Amazon gives you an easy way to have prime automatically cancel after the trial period https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custo...0444170#cancel; all you have to do is checkmark a setting, awesome right?])

a lot of people report that metra sells cables that are short by ~10% so assume that you're getting 45ft (out of 50) or 90ft (out of 100)

ok i got the speaker wire and hooked it up it stopped shutting off until i turn the volume up to -5db then it does it again ? whats the problem

I'm still suspicious that you have a ohm problem, potentionally due to a bad speaker. Did you try using different speaker combinations? I.e. Just front, just rear, just center, etc. Unless the problem is related to wiring or a speaker, you might have a bad reciever.

i don't think so because i tested them on my friends receiver and it didn't do it ?

so did you or did you not test each speaker/wire independently?

Hook up one speaker to 1 channel, then see how it works. Then test all channels with that speaker/wire.

if that works fine, introduce speaker 2/ wire 2 and repeat.

when i was doing it i never had a problem with 0nly 2Ch 2speakers connected it was fine

how loud were you cranking it? and I said you have to test all the channels

so in the 2 speaker test, you keep 1 speaker static and move the other one around. if that works fine, then move to 3 speakers, with 2 connected and you move 1 connection around.

volume like -5dB 2CH and 3CH are the only setups that are working when i did what you said

when you say -5db, does that mean you have calibrated the speaker levels with spl meter?

also, are the speakers set to small in your receiver setup?

I find -5db to be very loud. I usually listen in the -20 range if I want it to be loud. Normal I think I am usually at -30
