Yeah, it seems a little far ranging as well.

5?3? 97, 98, 99
5?4? 99, 100, 101

The scale for men is reasonable, but that one for women IS NOT!!!

Depends entirely on how much muscle they have. You could have a very soft 6 footer at a bodyweight of 170, just as you could have a ripped one at 200 if he lifts a lot.Originally posted by: Rob9874
I'd like to hear what people think the idea weight for a 6'0" man is.
Anyway I think that since I look perfect everyone else should![]()
I'm 6'3" and 230 lbs I have a substantial amount of muscle in my upper body, but I just don't get cut very easily. I may have a slight gut, but my Pecs are proportional so w/ a shirt on you really can't tell i have my little pooch. My wife thinks I'm fat, but she has also fallen for this retarded notion the anything above 12% bodyfat is "Fat". She thinks she's "fat" too, just because she can't fit into a size 0 anymore, when in reality her body rocks (5'3" 120-125, thin but beautifully proportioned and curved) I really wish she would develop a healthy self image, the constant "I'm fat, I need to lose 10 lbs" is getting really old

No one cuts easily imo.
You got to work for it. Sort out the diet or just eat less of what you are doing do cardio/ cycle or run sprints both work GREAT. You just got to work for it and you can get cut. Easier to maintain a cut physique then to cut back later though....
I'd say over 20%+ bf% is approaching too much fat for a guy. Anything below is alright. Below 15% is good, but you are still likely to have a slight gut though.

But but but, I'm endomorphic, my metabolism is slower, it's genetic, it's just not fair!!!!yeah, yeah, I know, in reality I'm just too lazy and my wife is just too good of a cook (ok and I love to eat
) for me to really get cut.
I just gotta get off my a$s, stop playing KotOR so much and get out and do some sprints (ok, lots of sprints)

It's stupid stuff like this that encourages women to be anorexic. When you tell them curves are good, they think you mean "It's okay to be fat".
I want to be able to pinch her ass, not serve it in a trough to hungry orphans
