What kind of fvcked up scale is that???

The scale for men is reasonable, but that one for women IS NOT!!!

I'd like to hear what people think the idea weight for a 6'0" man is.
Depends entirely on how much muscle they have. You could have a very soft 6 footer at a bodyweight of 170, just as you could have a ripped one at 200 if he lifts a lot.

Anyway I think that since I look perfect everyone else should :)

I'm 6'3" and 230 lbs I have a substantial amount of muscle in my upper body, but I just don't get cut very easily. I may have a slight gut, but my Pecs are proportional so w/ a shirt on you really can't tell i have my little pooch. My wife thinks I'm fat, but she has also fallen for this retarded notion the anything above 12% bodyfat is "Fat". She thinks she's "fat" too, just because she can't fit into a size 0 anymore, when in reality her body rocks (5'3" 120-125, thin but beautifully proportioned and curved) I really wish she would develop a healthy self image, the constant "I'm fat, I need to lose 10 lbs" is getting really old

No one cuts easily imo.

You got to work for it. Sort out the diet or just eat less of what you are doing do cardio/ cycle or run sprints both work GREAT. You just got to work for it and you can get cut. Easier to maintain a cut physique then to cut back later though....

I'd say over 20%+ bf% is approaching too much fat for a guy. Anything below is alright. Below 15% is good, but you are still likely to have a slight gut though.

Perfectly said :D

My coach says my ideal lifting weight is about 94kg for my 5"10 frame. So I would be 206lbs! I'll be HUGE by that time. Maybe 8yrs time or so. 85kg ~ 187lbs is the next category up for me. I'm having at 77kg ~ 169.4lb cat though.

But but but, I'm endomorphic, my metabolism is slower, it's genetic, it's just not fair!!!! ;) yeah, yeah, I know, in reality I'm just too lazy and my wife is just too good of a cook (ok and I love to eat :)) for me to really get cut. :D I just gotta get off my a$s, stop playing KotOR so much and get out and do some sprints (ok, lots of sprints)

Yeah I love to eat also. My parents are amazing cooks and many many people agree with that. They cook for a living their chinese takeaway and also cook great Cambodian and original chinese food. Much better then takeaway food imo.

I don't really bother with cardio much myself. I have to commute so that I get to do sprints on my bike to commute. The commute isn't that long but I sure as hell bust a gut doing it. Sprinting up hills and just going mad on the bike lol. But every year or two years me and a mate we go running in the mornings for 50minutes for about 3 or 4miles or so 5x a week for 2-6week periods! That really gets me CUT in the summer. With the heat and I also play a lot of Tennis in the summer 5-10hrs a week I get much more cut. Also sleeping 10hrs a day doesn't make you that hungry lol.

Now I am on 5x a meal a day and eat big meals and aim to put on some weight to lift at a better class.

Just do it every now and then. But I know at TIMES you just can't be fvcked to do it! lol.

I agree with this. A person should be proud of who they are.

Besides my wife does not fit into the mold of Salma Hayek and I love her always.

Through analysis of thousands of recorded gun fights, the Bukkake Warrior has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The Bukkake Warrior treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the Bukkake Warrior clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire.

I want to be able to pinch her ass, not serve it in a trough to hungry orphans

I LMAO so far at that statement. I really think it's HOW the girl wear's herself. I agree that women who have unhealthy eating habbits looks "unappealing" if their too skinny or unnecessarily FAT.

No Joke ;) :D

This movie came out a year ago in theaters. It's a pretty good movie that shows the value of being who you are, not what someone tells you. And I'm surprised this little movie spawned a 5 page discussion.

;)
