Gotta congratulate the wonders of the MTV generation.
Go to an art museum sometime guys. There are a lot of paintings, (actual art, not cheesy hollywood entertainment), from times before 1980 with plenty of women in them, and I can tell you, not many of them look like the airbrushed, 0% body fat, models you see on the cover of Maxim. The whole fascination with being absolutely lean, down to the point where you're sacraficing normal body fat because you think it makes you look pudgy isn't an idea that's been around since the dawn of man, it just kinda rolled around when entertainment became mainstream, saturated with beautiful people all over the magazines, TV stations, and movies. Unfortunately, plenty of people try to emulate it. Girls wear skimpy clothes, plenty of makeup, and develop eating disorders as early as elementry school because they feel so judged and worry so much about their apperance.
