All the 18 USC 2257 says is you must have proof that all models appearing on your site are 18 or older. Since this site allows people to upload pics randomly, there is no way to track it.

This is what happened. 18 USC 2257 states "producers of matter containing visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct to create and maintain records pertaining to each of the performers in such depictions to ensure that they are not minors." AKA the site didn't have anything that said "the people depicted on the site are 18+"

The internet already flows free with child pornography. But not on ratemyboobies.com.. This particular law is only meant to make things more difficult on the adult web entertainment industry, not because there are actual victims that need to be protected from anything. It's legislating morality, as religious zealots are wont to do .
