I wonder if all the people here calling this rape walk around with sex contracts.

They make the women they sleep with sign every single time, and to be safe they have the women examined by a panel of doctors to make sure she can even give constant, then have the act witnessed by a 3rd party just to make sure everything is on the up and up. And to top it off record the event for evidence.

They make it sound like that but this is just another excuse for them to call conservatives bad names. What happened between those two people in question happens millions of times a night all around the world. In the back of their mind they know it, or they are some creepy fuckwad living in mom's basement and have probably never even see a naked woman that wasn't on a 16x9 1080p screen.

Sex contracts are worthless. If a girl signs a contract in her own blood. And then 10 seconds before you cum she says no more, and you don't pull out fast enough you are still a rapist according to feminists.

Come to think of it it's usually well into the relationship with someone before I even ask verbally for sex. Before that it just kinda happens (IE: them letting me take their clothes off)I guess until then I was just raping them.

Considering what you've written so far I'm starting to wonder if you've raped people in the past.

Regardless, if you still think we are talking about verbal consent you're just reinforcing the fact that you can't read.

By your definition I have. By the rest of the world's definition and by the girls I have had sex with, no I haven't.

And here is the blatant dishonesty.

How about it is no until they say yes.

Still want to keep going with your dishonest rants?

Lol. You really can't read.

There are many ways to say yes. Laying there motionless is not one of them.

Gross and stupid is a bad combination. Or is it gross and dishonest? I guess it could be either one.

Well at least we now know why Republicans so often make stupid comments regarding rape. From the evidence presented in this thread, most of them are rapists or rapist apologists.

Don't try to blame me for your functional illiteracy and rapey tendencies.

I caught you changing your story. Live with it. You said "How about it is no until they say yes." which you had to then change to "There are many ways to say yes" but apparently allowing someone to take off your pajamas and panties isn't one of them. And that's the third time you called me a rapist. Fuck you, you lying sack of shit.

Uhmm, that's not changing my story in any way. Seriously, do you know how to read?

Speaking of reading comprehension, I have not called you a rapist. I've said that your comments here make me wonder about your past. Additionally, I've repeatedly characterized what you consider to be permissible sexual conduct (having sex with someone after they said no because you believe not moving = consent), is rapey.

You're really a repulsive, immoral individual. You seem to be upset that people are notifying you of this, so you're trying to attack them back.

Holy shit is that rapey.

rapey (comparative more rapey, superlative most rapey)
1.(informal) Inclined to commit rape (sexual assault).
2.(informal) Featuring or characterized by rape. a rapey novel
3.(informal) Suggestive of rape.

Go out and get in a relationship before you go around preaching how things work in the real world.

Yes, your position on what is permissible is suggestive of rape. That does not mean that you are a rapist, it means that you consider things that are suggestive of rape to be okay. I hope this isn't another time where you prove yourself unable to use a dictionary.

I have had many relationships throughout my life and I have a girlfriend right now. If she told me she didn't want to have sex I most certainly wouldn't think that her laying motionless was an indication that she had changed her mind. Why anyone would think that someone laying motionless after saying no implied consent is baffling and disgusting to me.

I'm sure this information is distressing to you, but that doesn't change the fact that it's true.

I'm still trying to figure out why you think someone saying "I just kind of laid there and didn’t do anything" 6 plus weeks later equates to "laying motionless". Its pretty clear that what she says is a vague paraphrasing of what happened hence the "kind of".

More dishonesty. I actually just quoted a dictionary which your response is "I hope this isn't another time where you prove yourself unable to use a dictionary." Suggestive of rape is an accusation of rape.

Suggestive (tending to suggest an idea)
Suggest (put forward for consideration, cause one to think that (something) exists or is the case, state or express indirectly)

Here is a little bit of info that will carry over into any relationship you ever have. If a woman doesn't want to have sex, the pajamas and panties are not going to come off easy. If you forcibly remove them, I bet all the money I will ever make in my life that the story from the girl will be a lot different than "I just kind of laid there and let him finish".

If this guy used any form of threat or intimidation then I would agree with you and this guy should be hung up by his balls, but this story just wreaks of someone regretting having sex with someone. Here is another bit of info for you. That happens all the time.

From: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/suggestive

sug·ges·tive adjective \səg-ˈjes-tiv, sə-ˈjes-\
: bringing thoughts, memories, or feelings into the mind

: showing or seeming to show something

: causing or tending to cause sexual feelings or excitement

Your statements about consent bring rape to mind. How is this dictionary thing so hard for you.

Trust me, you're about the last person on Earth I would take relationship advice from, especially after this thread. Guess what else? I've never had anyone accuse me of rape or sexual assault after the fact. Maybe it "happens all the time" to people who behave like you do, but it doesn't to me.

And from all my "rapey tendencies" with all the girls I have dated I've never had anyone accuse me of rape or sexual assault after the fact either. Many of them are still friends of mine and some are even on my facebook. What does that tell you?

Nice job taking the point of the article completely out of context. idiot. it is called hyperbole. In no way is he or anyone mitigating rape or any other crime.

Riiiight....claiming that women somehow are going to want to claim rape for special status? I'd say that I am not overstating the complete idiocy of his statement.

By the rest of the world's definition and by the girls I have had sex with, no I haven't.

I bet that if I talked to some of those women they would say that they didn't always give consent, but that they were afraid of your reaction if they said no, so they just kind of endured it.
I used to hear it regularly when dealing with women that had boyfriends with your attitude towards sex. While they will never say it in your hearing, that is rape. It is just the silent kind you rarely hear about because of peoples reactions like we are seeing in this thread to this exact case.

No, what you hear more often is, 'he just kept at me, even after I said no. It would have eventually escalated into a fight, and I couldn't handle that tonight, so I just lay there and took it.'
This is a description of a rape.

If this guy used any form of threat or intimidation then I would agree with you and this guy should be hung up by his balls, but this story just wreaks of someone regretting having sex with someone. Here is another bit of info for you. That happens all the time.
The threat is always there. You just don't understand it.

Amazing how many trolls here support "legitimate rape" and try to downplay the seriousness of sexual assault in today's society.

Of wait, I'm not surprised since they are far right-wing whackos and/or trolls.

Women like rapists?😛

If I didn't have sex with him he wouldn't like me anymore :'(
Right, intimidating women into sex is funny. Hehe.

Paranoid much?
It is not paranoia when it is true. Women are abused in massive numbers every day. Every women by the time she is in her teens has seen it first hand. It is your world view that is askew, not theirs.
