They're oriented towards classic style more than cutting-edge, but the quality is very high and at good prices for what you're getting (a shirt might cost 1.5x JC Pennney but lasts 3x as long).

At least for men they have a great selection of sizes including the tall sizes I need. Sizes also stay the same for years on end so once you find something you like it's safe to order more in six months.

A great selection of both cotton and shetland wool sweaters too.

I often order from there...they are a wonderful store! :)

i've been dressing thuggy lately though so i just buy all my pants 2X too big and belts.

I dressed like that in high school during the grunge thing. I could have smuggled Mexicans across the boarder is some of the pants I used to wear.

HAHAHAA!! My dad likes to peek out the window when the hs kids walk by afterschool. On many an occassion I come home to stories of some kid holding his pants up as he's walkin' past our house:D:)

Try Land's End, Eddie Bauer and LLBean. My GF is nicely curved, and finds great casual pants at these places.

Women don't really need clothes that look nice or fit.

Why would it matter how you look while you're cleaning, cooking, and waiting on your husband??

The "ideal woman" sucks!!

FYI, those are what used to be called "bell bottoms", but since that name sucks, they are now called "flairs".

Just keep going with her, and you'll survive:p
It IS a pain to find decent clothes that fit, and MrsSkoorb appreciates the help, I'm sure:)

Not me. Give me a curvy voluptous woman any day.

Dear MrsSkorrb,

What is considered hot today are very tall women who weigh very little but who have a C cup or larger breast and no larger than a 34 inch hip, those are the women clothing is designed for, I personally have trouble finding fun, attractive clothing in a size 8.. sigh

Dress Sexy MrsSkoorb. Semi Tight jeans are what all the ladies seem to be wearing these day's as casual wear, pant suits if you need to look dressy. Go to Macy's, Nordstrom?s and Emporium. Those are the best places to find ladies cloths, trust me, I've been drug around shopping by ladies more times than I can remember. Ladies cloths seem to be focus on "sexy" these day's, form fitting is probably a better way to put it. Whatever you do, don't get addicted to shopping!!

ok, first off, those clothes you tried on are NOT for the "ideal" woman, they are for the "average" woman :)

second, I can totally relate because I cannot get my "abnormal" limbs into anything made for a woman, EXCEPT clothes that cost several thousand $$$ :| I end up with sleeves and legs that are several inches short, among other things...
