That’s the unbranded version from AMD.com
That's what most of the board partners are shipping too though. Only one or two put a sticker on the fan hubs, and that's it as far as customization. And it looks like there's an XFX logo on the bottom left edge of the box in the photo. Plus I have a XFX model myself and that's exactly what the card and box look like.

Ok thanks for the info. I was just wondering because I didnt notice any logos on the box it self as he had the card covering up most of the front of the box in that picture.
Hoping some Sapphire or XFX cards come back into stock this week.
I dont want to buy a Gigabyte card due to the 3 bad reviews.. 🙁
Anyway, I did in fact try to purchase the MSI card several times yesterday but every time I got to the check out section the card got automatically removed from the cart due to an error??
I guess newegg doesnt want my money or my money isnt green enough or something lol... 😛

I think you're right after looking at XFX site.

That's the way Newegg's website works when something goes out of stock. It takes then a little while to update it as out of stock and gives those errors for a little bit.

If you're not doing so already, I recommend setting up text message alerts for yourself on nowinstock.net for the specific cards you're interested in. Then just don't hesitate when you get a notification - put it in the cart and complete the order ASAP. It's worked well for me for many products, including this card.

I have an Asrock Radeon VII that I bought from Newegg. It looks EXACTLY like all of the others than a small Asrock logo on the top of the fans.

I suspect ALL of the Radeons are made at the same factory and shipped to the various vendors to "customize" which is attaching a few stickers on it.

It will probably be awhile, if ever, before we see Radeon VIIs with modified PCBs etc.

I updated to 19.2.3 today and reran GPUPI to see if memory downclocking would still happen under the new driver. It does.

Any memory speed above about 1001 MHz causes RAM to drop to 800 MHz. 1200, 1150, 1100, it didn't matter. Resetting to default let it run at 1000 MHz again, but never any faster.

Really weird, and disappointing.

DrMrLordX, thank you for all of your testing info. Unfortunately, there are not that many of us yet who own Radeon VIIs so the body of testers is very limited.

I think as more Radeon VIIs make there way into the market we will see more testing data.

For me, it is clearly an improvement from my GTX1080, even though it doesn't match the GTX1080TI.

I have a hunch (or perhaps a hope) that Dr. Su will "cut loose" the driver team and allow them to explore various usages for the Radeon VII.

Though crassly delivered, Jensen's comments about the Radeon VII had a grain of truth in them. Notwithstanding, AMD has a legitimate top end card in the mix for gaming. Navi appears to be months from release and probably more in the GTX1660TI range than the GTX1080TI or GTX2080TI range.

Let the tweaking begin! (I am definitely buying an EK block for this card when it is released).

I'll gladly do some "testing" if someone wants to foot the bill 🙂

Is all the HBM2 still Samsung or has Hynix started to produce the memory too? I thought there was a PR on that a couple of months ago but probably too late for anything related to Radeon VII

Looks like, according to the Community Radeon VII Sheet I shared earlier in this thread, that most of the HBM so far is made by Hynix. Unfortunately, I made the HBM Manufacturer column before GPU-Z supported Radeon VII fully, which falsely stated Micron as the HBM manufacturer. Since wiping the column clean, only a few have updated it again with the correct manufacturer, so data is limited so far. But if I had to bet, most of us are going to have Hynix memory on our cards.

Sadly, I think it may be awhile before we see many more of these on the market. I had thought there would be another wave of cards by tomorrow. It's starting to look kind of sketchy. On the plus side, most of them are only $820 on eBay now! What a deal!

Agreed. Navi will take awhile before it unseats Radeon VII.

EK should have their block out in 4 weeks, or less.

Looks like Newegg Deactivated all of their Radeon VII sku's.

That inspires very little confidence. Glad I got mine when I did.

Yeah missed my chance and there is no chance I am not building a new Ryzen system or a TR system this year. Was really hoping to pop one of these in it.

Topweasel, don't give up. I was constantly hitting the Newegg page when they listed all of the Rad VIIs as "Auto notify" and when I hit a refresh one time the Asrock Rad VII changed to a "Add to cart" so I hit it and didn't look back.

Sweet. Let me know if you can replicate some of the problems I'm having running GPUPI with a memory overclock. Got the same problem in Aida64 GPGPU bench.
I just realized I never tested this for you with a memory overclock, so I just tried and I'm seeing the same thing. Even with my modest 1060 MHz memory clock for mining, when I start running GPUPI the memory only runs at 800 MHz. That's still using the previous driver though - I haven't installed the newest one yet.

Sorry, not this weekend ... courier lost my package at my local depo! I'm fuming now, will have to wait till Monday or Tuesday before I can join the fun 🙁
