Racist Statements or Comedy

There is a front page story in our paper today about a student making a speech trying to be elected class valedictorian. Some think he deserves to be punished and some believe it was simply good comedy?

I didn't hear anything offensive. If people want to hear offensive they should see the above mentioned standup/late show comedians.
