Nice logic. So, what do you propose if say they've just put my food on the table and someone brings in a screeching baby?

Yes, they should stay at home, or I don't know, offload the little runt instead. You shouldn't be feeding babies what you get in these places anyway. If you're kid is old enough but is still an annoyance then you should be doing something about it.

What law requires me to keep my kid at home because you don't like how the kid is behaving? Oh ye, that is right no law. So basically you will just have to deal with it. Don't expect people to put their lifes on hold just to live up to your standard.

So don't got to that resturant, problem solved. I personally don't care that you don't want to hear the brat child screaming its head off. That is not my problem, as long i am enjoying myself that is all that i care about. I am not one of those people that care what other people around me think.

If finding someone to watch the baby so you can go out and eat or just not going out to eat when you have an infant with you is putting your life on hold then can you please explain to me how eating at a restaurant is so important to your life?

I sure as hell didn't make you have the damn kid, so I don't see why I should have to put up with listening to it. Especially if you just sit there and ignore it. Its crying for a fucking reason, and guess who should be doing something about it? But of course, parents shouldn't be responsible for their own kids ever, so obviously its just stupid to think that way.

I got no problem with being an asshole. Really dont' have any problem with it. No reason why someone should pay a babysitter when they can take the kid with them.
 
maybe there should be some clarification as to what is acceptable and what is not.
i take my kids out all the time, but they're behaved.
If my youngest is cranky or sick, of course i wouldn't go to a restaurant with her.

ignore the kid?? even if they're at the booth directly next to you the parents at that booth have it even worse than you as the child is inches away from them not feet like you are. What gives you the right to bitch about something they're having to deal with too?
