Kiss my ass, seriously if you got problem with it, than don't got to that restaurant or that cafe. What do you want parents to do, sit home just because you have problem with it?

I may have dined at mirror images of the restaurants you frequent.....

EDIT:

People do not go out to dine to hear kids screaming or running amuck....

My Daughter and now my Grandchildren were taught manners at an early age and how to behave in public.

If you have wild children take them to Chucky Cheese or something of the sort....

Nice logic. So, what do you propose if say they've just put my food on the table and someone brings in a screeching baby?

Yes, they should stay at home, or I don't know, offload the little runt instead. You shouldn't be feeding babies what you get in these places anyway. If you're kid is old enough but is still an annoyance then you should be doing something about it.

The worst are the assholes who bring in ones that are teething or have an infection (ear) that makes them cry constantly.

What law requires me to keep my kid at home because you don't like how the kid is behaving? Oh ye, that is right no law. So basically you will just have to deal with it. Don't expect people to put their lifes on hold just to live up to your standard.

I'm sensing some sort of over inflated feeling of self-importance within this thread and the baby P thread.

You can kiss my ass. I don't pay my earned income to hear your brat child screaming its head off because it didn't't get their way, all the while you both are ignoring the fact and are in your own world while disrespecting the rest of the restaurants.

So don't got to that resturant, problem solved. I personally don't care that you don't want to hear the brat child screaming its head off. That is not my problem, as long i am enjoying myself that is all that i care about. I am not one of those people that care what other people around me think.

Just because there isn't a law doesn't mean you're not an asshole for doing it. Can you tell me why you would bring a baby to a restaurant?

I don't even understand what the fuck you're talking about putting your life on hold. If finding someone to watch the baby so you can go out and eat or just not going out to eat when you have an infant with you is putting your life on hold then can you please explain to me how eating at a restaurant is so important to your life?

I sure as hell didn't make you have the damn kid, so I don't see why I should have to put up with listening to it. Especially if you just sit there and ignore it. Its crying for a fucking reason, and guess who should be doing something about it? But of course, parents shouldn't be responsible for their own kids ever, so obviously its just stupid to think that way.

I got no problem with being an asshole. Really dont' have any problem with it. No reason why someone should pay a babysitter when they can take the kid with them.

maybe there should be some clarification as to what is acceptable and what is not.
i take my kids out all the time, but they're behaved.
If my youngest is cranky or sick, of course i wouldn't go to a restaurant with her.

You didn't really need to state the obvious. Well, likewise there's no reason you should be going out if affording a babysitter is such a difficult thing. Or you could just not be an inconsiderate person and get takeout or delivery.

Clearly there's something wrong with you to be rational like that.

ignore the kid?? even if they're at the booth directly next to you the parents at that booth have it even worse than you as the child is inches away from them not feet like you are. What gives you the right to bitch about something they're having to deal with too?
